All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat. A 45 minute energizing vinyasa flow will feature a theme essential for growth, on the mat and within our community. From a strong foundation to growing toward the light, the class will physically and mentally prepare our minds and bodies to nourish and embrace our environment.
